How to Use
Is it your first time to use hihip?
- Upright Posture Pelvic Cushion and Pelvic Corrector Device
When you use hihip first, it can be uncomfortable for a day or two.
Please keep using it for your pelvis which has endured your wrong posture.

It is not small. It feels small because it tightens up your hips.

Check the Components of the Product
Please check if all the components of hihip are in the box. (a body, an adaptor, a manual)

Guide for Installing hihip including Upright Posture Pelvic Cushion and Device
Put hihip on the chair that you want to sit on.
The chair should have relatively less curved lines.
You can use hihip on desk chairs, sofas, shop chairs and the floor.
When you put it on a chair, please check if the length of your legs still fits the chair.

How to Connect to Power
Please connect to power after installing the product for safety.
The product might fall from a chair due to its lengthy line,
and be aware that you can tripped over the line.
You can use hihip without power.
hihip is equipped with a massage function and heating wires.
When using the massage function and heating wires, please connect to power.

How to Control the Buttons
When sitting on hihip, you can push the buttons at the bottom of the product with your right hand.
The right one is for a massage function, and the left one is for heating wires.
You can check the status (ON/OFF) of vibration or heating wires with the LED lamp.
Pushing the button starts the function, and pushing it once again stops the function.

When sitting on hihip, you can push the buttons at the bottom of the product with your right hand.
The right one is the heating LOW function button, and the left one is the heating HIGH function button.
You can check the status (ON/OFF) of heating with the LED lamp.
Push the button to start the product and push it once again to turn it off.
It is automatically turned off in 20 minutes.

Sit on a chair by pushing your hips as far back as possible, straightening the waist and gathering your legs!
This is a product for posture correction.
Therefore, only the right posture will be effective for you.

Sitting Up Straight
This is a product for posture correction. Only the right posture will be effective for you. Push your hips as far back as they can go in the chair.
When you sit on the center of hihip, the hips are gathered and tensed. Straighten your waist and gather your legs when sitting!
Do not cross your legs! Do not spread your legs! The center of gravity should not be one-sided!
The pelvic belt holds up the pelvis to prevent the bending with the spine.
Its circled shape prevents the hips from being pressed in order to avoid appearance of folded lines and wrinkles.
Many curved lines hold up the ischium, avoid unnecessary pressure from by elasticity and raise your hips.
Pelvic correction fixing blades physically press the legs to be gathered and help pelvic correction. Fixing the posture, they prevent the twist of the legs to their sides and gather them.
Also, the fixing blades stimulate Fungsi, the acupuncture point on a thigh, to strengthen bones and sinews and promote blood circulation of legs.

How to Use Heating Wires
The heating wires are helpful for gynecological diseases, designed to keep 40 ~ 45 degrees Celsius, which is the temperatures for a sit bath.
The heating wire function lasts for 20 minutes for each session.
If you want to continue to use it after 20 minutes, press the button again.
Pressing the button while using it will stop the heating wire function, the LED lamp will be turned OFF.

How to Use Massage Function HHI-FIRIV model only
The massage function warms up your waist and hips to promote circulation of blood. It also touches the muscles in banana lines to make the fat of hip lines and thighs flexible.
The massage function consists of 5 courses that stimulate acupuncture points and meridian system. If you press the one-touch button, the five steps of the massage will be proceeded for 15 minutes.
It is effective to use the massage function for 3 ~5 times a day.

10 Seconds Pose to Correct Your Pelvis
The pelvis becomes tight and loose periodically. In general, the pelvis is the most tight in the morning, and it gets looser throughout the afternoon and night. If you tight the pelvis in your lunchtime, your pelvis will stay the same. You can do this on your hihip, so please try to do this exercise whenever possible to keep the health of your pelvis.
Sit on a chair with the back muscle straight, gathering your legs.
Cross your arms and hold the both knees softly.
Spread the legs with your hands.
Let your hands go outward, and let your legs go inward. Use the muscles at the bottom of the hips to resist against the power from your hands.
Keep steady for 10 seconds.
Let your hands and legs go.

le Arch Exercise
Sole Arch: Pulling and pushing toes sitting on a chair, repeating 10 times
A sole takes up just 1 % of the body surface area but sustains 98 % of the weight when a person stands.
When walking, the weight 2 or 3 times more than the body weight is held by the sole. This is possible because the sole is not flat but is in the shape of the arch.
People with “flat feet” or “talipes” are easily tired and their pelvises are twisted because their soles cannot absorb the shock from standing, walking and running.
Correct your pelvis with the sole arch exercise!
Sit on a chair and keep your feet off the floor by slightly straightening your knees.
Lift your toes only and hold for a second.
Bend your ankles and hold for 5 to 8 seconds with your toes facing upward.
With the toes facing upward, straighten the ankles downward and hold for a second.
Retract the toes like you clench your fist, hold for 5 to 8 seconds and return to the initial pose.
